Each year, a number of local businesses, organizations, and individuals provide funding and/or in-kind items or services to support the individual Science Days and special project awards. They recognize the importance of STEM education and the benefits to students who learn to complete their own scientific research and who learn to successfully communicate the results and interpretation of that research to others in the scientific community.

That is the goal of Science Days.
